Nazaire’s Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing, LLC (the “Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser that the class ring purchased from the Manufacturer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Warranty Coverage: This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise as a result of normal wear and use of the class ring. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse of the ring, or any modifications or alterations made to the ring by anyone other than the Manufacturer.

2. Warranty Claim: If the class ring becomes damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, the purchaser must contact the Manufacturer to initiate a warranty claim. The Manufacturer may require the purchaser to provide proof of purchase, and may require the return of the ring for inspection and evaluation.

3. Warranty Remedies: If the Manufacturer determines that the damage or defect is covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the Manufacturer will repair or replace the ring free of charge. If the ring is no longer available for replacement, the Manufacturer may offer a similar product of equal or greater value.

Exclusions and Limitations: This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the ring, or any modifications or alterations made to the ring by anyone other than the Manufacturer. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is also subject to any applicable laws, limitations, or exclusions that may apply in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.

5. Transferability: This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original purchaser of the class ring.
